What to expect
We begin by creating sacred space with a candle meditation, designed to help you access the deepest parts of yourself where your truest essence resides. Next, we delve into stimulating discussions on topics related to mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being (feel free explore past topics on my podcast to catch up on insightful perspectives.)
After enriching our minds, we transition into a space of gentle healing with grounding and protective guided meditations, followed by a breath-initiated meditation to centre and align our energies.
Finally, we conclude our session with a heart-opening gratitude practice, leaving you feeling uplifted and connected.
